A clear path from files to optical media.

BurnSure separates preparation, writing and verification into understandable stages, allowing you to follow the complete recording process.

01. Choose your files.

Select the files and folders you want to record.

BurnSure examines the source material and prepares the project structure for the selected disc workflow.

02. Inspect the medium.

Select an available optical drive and inspect the inserted disc.

Relevant details, including available space and supported writing properties, help establish whether the requested operation can proceed.

03. Review your choices.

Before starting a real write, review the project, destination, write settings and verification mode.

This is where the selected verification contract becomes explicit.

04. Build the disc image.

BurnSure creates the image required for the selected operation.

For regular single-session projects, this uses its UDF 2.60 image builder.

The prepared content can be checked before physical writing begins.

05. Write to the disc.

The optical writing backend records the prepared image onto compatible media.

BurnSure displays relevant process information and maintains the distinction between the different stages of the operation.

06. Verify the result.

When verification is enabled, BurnSure reads recorded content back and checks it according to the selected verification mode.

With full verification, the complete selected dataset is compared using SHA-256.

A successful result means the checked content matched the corresponding original manifest at the time of verification. It is not a promise about the disc's future lifespan.

Knowing what happened makes the difference.

BurnSure turns optical recording into a process you can follow, inspect and understand.
